Only tasks that recur: letters, bills, forms, appointments, language. If something happens once a year, it is not a section.

Using AI in production

AI helps draft. A person checks numbers, dates, links and every instruction, and rewrites anything that assumes prior knowledge.

Before publication

• Can someone with no technical background follow this without installing anything?
• Are dates, limits and names correct?
• Is there an inflated promise anywhere?
• Does every link open?

Corrections

Mistakes are corrected in place, with a note on the page.

Commercial content

Any paid or affiliate link is labelled where it appears.
