SECTION FOCUS

For migrants

Four questions that come up most, answered shortly. Full detail sits in sections 06 and 07 of the guide.

Can it translate an official letter?

Yes, and it is the fastest help here. Ask for the meaning first, then a plain-English version, then the same in your own language. Read all three. Check dates against the paper.

Will an office accept an AI translation?

Often for your own understanding, rarely as a certified translation. If the letter demands a certified translation, use a registered translator.

Can it fill in my form?

It can explain each question and tighten your wording. You type the answers into the real form. It cannot submit anything.

What if my English is weak and the tool is too fast?

Ask for "one short sentence at a time, then wait". You can also ask it to reply in your first language and only switch to English at the end.

Keep the paperEvery decision you might appeal is built on the letter, not on a summary. Keep originals in a folder and photograph them once.
